| The Division of Safety of Dams is wholly funded by
fees assessed to owners of dams under State jurisdiction. The fees are
adjusted periodically to cover the cost to operate the program (Section
6307, Subsection (a)).
The current fee program is divided into two categories: application fees,
and annual fees.
